Shipping Policy
We ship all Veloce Haus orders with care. Here's what you need to know:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
- Free Shipping: On orders over $100 (US only).
- International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–20 business days).
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Veloce Haus piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Unopened / Sealed Items
If your item is unopened and in brand new condition (original packaging, seals intact), you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened Items
If your item has been opened, you may return it within 5 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition — no signs of use, damage, or missing components. Returns that do not meet this condition will not be accepted.
How to Return
- Email us at velocehausdecor@gmail.com with your order number, condition of the item, and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right — no questions asked.
